What we collect

• Details you give us at checkout or sign-up: name, email, mobile number and delivery address.
• Order history and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
• Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you return.
• Your email, if you subscribe to our newsletter.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, send order updates, provide support, prevent fraud, and (only if you subscribed) send offers. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (secure database and sign-in), our hosting provider, and courier partners (name, phone and address for delivery).

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from emails, by writing to sagargahlyan1212@gmail.com.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted connections.
