Shipping charges
Orders of ₹999 or more (after any discount) ship free. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once an order is dispatched, available tracking details will be shared using the contact information provided at checkout.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the destination pincode, courier availability and other logistics conditions. Estimated delivery information, when available, is communicated after dispatch.
Service area
We currently ship within India to all serviceable pincodes.
Delays and undeliverable orders
Delays caused by courier issues, weather or incorrect addresses are outside our control. If a parcel cannot be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
